Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Bray Store. As a Sales Assistant you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service driving sales and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and personalized product recommendations
- Assist in achieving store sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Maintain store appearance including product displays and cleanliness
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience
- Stay informed about product features promotions and store policies
- Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance store appeal
- Assist with receiving and processing new inventory
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications :
- Passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer service
- Friendly and confident attitude with strong communication skills

- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate inventory and store appearance
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends evenings and holidays
- Previous retail experience and customer service (preferred but not required)
