- Day-to-day management and execution (build test and deploy) campaign activity (BAU/Mass/Solus and end to end Journey program)
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager on the journey roadmap development
- Help develop and implement the customer journey strategy across our 8 APAC markets with a key focus on the hirer segment
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with marketing colleagues and various business stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of effective campaign activity with the customer front and centre and solving for their pain points and driving business objectives.
- Ability to use data insights to inform journey optimisations and proactively sharing those insights with stakeholders
- Manage the briefing process from start to end and work collaboratively with stakeholders creative services team and our internal stakeholders in platform operations team to build automations to help accelerate and bring unified journeys across all our APAC markets to market
- Bring a problem-solving and proactive mindset to the team
Qualifications :
- Expertise in Salesforce and its Marketing Cloud modules
- 5 years of experience in Enterprise Marketing automation software
- Expertise in creating complex customer journeys from end-to-end
- Understanding of marketing principles (segmentation journeys programmatic and paid media and site tagging)
- Demonstrable experience in managing projects priorities and resources to deliver business outcomes
- Proven ability to communicate well with all areas and levels of an organisation
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL (query studio module). HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting
Other Qualifications Skills and Experience
- MarTech especially Google Analytics and CDP platforms
- Expertise in offer management and customer loyalty strategies
- Understanding of Marketing reporting tools (Datorama Tableau or Supermetrics)
- Understanding of AMPscript Javascript and other relevant coding languages will be desirable
- Vendor certification desired (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification preferred)
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors (app-exchange partners) to build custom flows using APIs to enable bi-directional data flow is desirable
- Demonstrable project management skills with knowledge of tools like Jira Confluence is desirable.
