As a Student Worker you will be part of the Project Management Team in Aarhus but also collaborate closely with colleagues from Germany. You can expect diverse challenges where you will gain a unique insight in how project management is executed in a large company like BEUMER. Moreover your responsibilities could be but are not limited to:

• Supporting migration manually transferring plan and master data as well as regular data extracts from PLW.
• Supporting the creation of Power BI reports to support transparency as well as creating and executing scripts to support migration of existing data.
• Support the testing of functionalities in the developed SAP user interface.
• Supporting creation of training material and carrying out training.
• Analyzing tickets in Hypercare to identify root causes and support resolution.
• Coordinating and communicating with project team members and IT.
• Maintaining task lists and recording meeting minutes.

Enthusiastic and Ambitious Student 
As a person you are an excellent communicator and you possess a strong logical addition you are structured in your way of working ensuring tasks are completed with attention to detail and consistency. You are also self-driven taking initiative and responsibility for your assignments even in a dynamic and changing environment.

We expect that you are currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in your second or third year within Economics Business IT or a similar area. It is also an advantage if you have experience with or interest in Power BI. Moreover we expect that you will be at the office 1-2 times a week which will be planned in coordination with your study schedule.
