Qualifications :
Education & Experience
- Required Education
- Bachelors degree in healthcare related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical research or public health setting is preferred.
- Demonstrates compassion empathy and discretion in handling sensitive health information and patient interactions.
- Advanced certification in care coordination or case management preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Ability to navigate the healthcare system.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of human subject research.
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation troubleshooting and reporting and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to work with sensitive populations while demonstrating empathy compassion and discretion.
- Problem-solving skills to address barriers to care such as transportation language or system challenges.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and the ability to evaluate and enhance program protocols.
- Ability to educate and train others including residents inpatient and ambulatory care teams.
- Skill in building patient-clinician partnerships to foster trust and improve health outcomes.
- Adaptability to work across diverse healthcare settings including inpatient and ambulatory clinics.
- Ability to monitor protocol adherence and ensure compliance with organizational and clinical guidelines.
