Join the Finance stream of our two-year rotational European Graduate Program within our Materials Group Business and gain hands-on experience in various areas of finance. Youll rotate through different assignments working on real-world projects that drive our business forward. This is your opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance develop your business and leadership skills and discover your niche within a global organization.

Your tasks may include activities such as:

• Empowering our business through insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to our Commercial team
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and support that enables informed decision-making
• Be a driving force behind the adoption of BI new technologies and methodologies
• Lead European BI Finance projects from beginning to end while also supporting key rebate-related activities

Qualifications :

What we expect you to have:

• University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Business / Economics field preferrably with a focus on Finance / Corporate Finance
• At least 6 months of relevant practical experience (e.g. internships project work) ideally in the manufacturing industry
• Strong numerical analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest and good skillset in Excel as well as Business Intelligence / Technology (Python PowerBI statistical SW etc)
