Job Summary
the uptime of testing & Inspection equipment including FOI AOIHP Vision Labeling stations Functional Testers(CCS-SzP&AnP)
PDCA for optical Equipments.
of repeated problem in testing and Inspection process.
of best Practice and Process Improvement.
identify part failure issues in station conduct in-depth investigations to find the RC and provide permanent measures
discussions with process Owner and CoC for non-solving problem
responsibility for spare parts management ensuring availability and readiness Manage obsolete spares efficiently.
in design reviews providing input on testability and reliability aspects.
on the Modification or Improvement of the vision stations

11. Evaluate and integrate new automated testing tools/jig and methodologies.
test results and provide feedback to process owners and product development team.
13. Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities
14. Quick Adaption of Change Management.
15. Create Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.
16. Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members.
17. RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g.
Tool life extension Tool/Spare parts localization )
18. Proactive identification of potential quality risks / Breakdown and containment / correction work on Predictive action.
19. Implementation of Digital systems in Maintenance like i4.0 solutions AI/MLBOTRPAPredictive Maintenance etc.
Qualifications :
6 to 10 Years of experience in Testing & Optical Breakdown Maintenance worked in Electronic manufacturing industries
BE or Diploma in E&E/ E&C / Mechatronics
