The successful candidate will support PSI Legal team by reviewing and negotiating contracts efficiently and pragmatically while also helping PSI stay ahead of evolving regulatory developments.

The position is open to candidates based in the UK
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Review draft and negotiate technology-related contracts (SaaS cloud providers AI solutions etc.)
- Monitor and interpret emerging data regulations across jurisdictions (data protection & privacy laws AI regulations data localization requirements etc.)
- Support compliance with NIS2 and other cybersecurity regulations
- Assist in the implementation of a contract management tool and AI solutions for Legal
- Contribute to the Data Governance project particularly around data classification and retention schedules
- Work closely with PSIs Legal Data Protection InfoSec IT and business teams to align legal strategy with operational needs
- Stay abreast of legal developments in technology data and AI and share insights with the broader Legal team
Qualifications :
- Law degree with 5 years of post-qualification experience ideally in technology data or regulatory law
- Familiarity with EU regulations such as GDPR NIS2 and the EU Data Act
- Experience in multinational legal environments and cross-border compliance
- Exposure to legal tech tools and digital transformation initiatives is a plus
- Advanced contract drafting and review skills
- Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly MS Word
