We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Food & Beverage to join our luxury resort in the beautiful coastal city of Sharm El Sheikh Egypt. As a key member of our executive team you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our discerning guests while managing a large team of professionals.
- Develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts that align with our luxury brand standards
- Lead and inspire a large team of food and beverage professionals fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee menu planning pricing strategies and cost control measures across multiple dining outlets
- Manage budgets financial forecasting and profit and loss statements for the F&B department
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with other department heads to enhance overall guest satisfaction and drive revenue
- Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in food and beverage service
- Handle guest feedback and complaints maintaining the highest standards of customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Organize and oversee special events banquets and catering services
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in food and beverage management with at least 5 years in a director-level position within luxury hospitality
- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and multiple dining outlets
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and P&L management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends particularly in the luxury segment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests staff and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic;
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction
