YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You lead coach and empower RPA developers and RPA analysts fostering a culture of ownership collaboration and delivery excellence
- You drive the analysis of business processes with business and IT stakeholders identifying scoping and prioritizing the automation use case funnel in alignment with organizational objectives
- You oversee the end-to-end design development and deployment of scalable RPA solutions (primarily leveraging UiPath) ensuring seamless integration into SIXTs processes
- You establish and uphold RPA standards methodologies and best practices within the team ensure compliance with IT security data protection and quality requirements
- You act as a trusted advisor to all business units across the organization with regards to automation questions and solution design or architecture
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have several years of technical leadership in RPA teams or similar teams guiding successful delivery of robust automation projects
- System Design You excel in designing secure scalable RPA solutions and architecture and integrating bots with several different enterprise systems
