Job Summary
As a mandatory intern you will support our team in driving continuous improvement in our production processes. We look forward to involving you in our projects and are excited to hear your perspectives and ideas. During your internship you will have the opportunity to learn about the entire spectrum of industrial engineering tasks while working closely with production.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Active participation in and management of your own improvement projects.
- Carrying out time studies line balancing and capacity assessments.
- Data analysis and evaluation.
Qualifications :
- Student in industrial engineering or similar field.
- Basic knowledge of lean production is desirable.
- Good written and communication skills.
- High motivation and a proactive work attitude to take the initiative and work efficiently with others in the team.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Good English skills.
