Field Inspector I (Part-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Inspector I to join our team on a part-time basis in Panama City United States. As a Field Inspector I you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining quality standards through on-site inspections and reporting.

• Conduct thorough field inspections of assigned properties structures or facilities
• Collect and document accurate data during inspections using standardized forms and procedures
• Identify and report violations safety hazards or non-compliance issues
• Prepare clear and concise inspection reports using computer software
• Communicate effectively with property owners contractors and other stakeholders
• Maintain organized records of inspections and follow-up actions
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on-site
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
• Stay updated on relevant local codes regulations and inspection techniques

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of related experience in field inspection or similar role preferred
• Proficiency in inspection techniques and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in data collection and report writing
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations preferred
• Understanding of basic construction or engineering principles a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g. OSHA safety certification) may be preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand walk and climb for extended periods during inspections
