Position: Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the companys goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services
- Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries to ensure timely supply of goods
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and vendor performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement
Essential Qualificationsh3> - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience with vendor management software
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $104000 (annually)
- Maximum Salary: $124000 (annually)
