Job Summary
We are now looking for a passionate and creative UX/UI Designer for an exciting assignment within manufacturing systems. You will join an experienced agile team that values innovation and user-centered design.
About the role
Youll be part of a global development team working with agile methods such as Scrum Kanban Lean UX and Design this role youll shape and improve digital tools and applications from research and concept development to final design delivery.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Translate insights into meaningful design solutions
- Design user interfaces using Figma (Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus)
- Develop and refine UI according to established design guidelines
- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members
- Deliver graphical assets for implementation
- Contribute ideas and creative solutions in an agile environment
Were looking for someone who has
- Experience with user interviews usability testing and UX research
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Ability to design based on existing graphical guidelines
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum Lean UX or Design Sprint)
- Some coding knowledge is an advantage but not required

Start date: November 1 2025
End date: December 31 2026
Workload: 100%
Location: Lund (on-site no remote work)
