We are now looking for a strategic hands-on Head of Brand & Design to define develop and drive our brand identity across all consumer and corporate brands within the group. You will be responsible for leading the brand strategy for all brands ensuring a strong consistent identity across four Nordic markets and acting as the central guardian of brand consistency across external marketing corporate communications product development and UX. You will also ensure tight alignment between group-level brand strategy and the commercial priorities of our consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate and lead projects connected to brand strategy visual identity and brand platforms.
Develop and implement brand guidelines ensuring compliance and correct usage across all touchpoints.
Partner with Corporate Communications Sustainability and UX/Design to ensure consistent brand experience across all stakeholder interactions.
Support Country Marketing Managers in tracking brand equity awareness and perception metrics across markets.
Ensure appropriate design support whether through internal teams or external brand agencies and oversee contracts and collaborations with external partners.
Monitor brand performance and market insights recommending initiatives to strengthen KPIs such as customer trust NPS and conversion impact.
Qualifications & Experience
8 years of proven experience in brand management strategy or marketing leadership roles ideally within fintech financial services or other regulated industries.
Strong track record in managing multi-market brand strategies preferably across the Nordic region.
Demonstrated ability to measure and drive brand-related KPIs (e.g. brand awareness equity NPS).
Skilled in stakeholder management with experience working cross-functionally with marketing communications design/UX and sustainability teams.
Strategic mindset combined with operational excellence and a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
