English Teacher Drive Whole-School Literacy and Rigorous English Language Skills Barking & Dagenham
A supportive community-oriented secondary school in Barking & Dagenham is seeking a English Teacherwith a focus on Whole-School Literacy improvement from January 2026.
- English Specialist required from January 2026

Experience and Qualifications
- QTS and a degree in English or a relevant literary/linguistic field.
- Proven experience teaching the GCSE English Language curriculum effectively.
- Experience in delivering literacy interventions (e.g. phonics specific reading programs) is highly desirable.
