Are you a Business Studies Teacher ready to prepare students for success in the modern world
A growing secondary school in Wakefield is looking to appoint a full-time Business Studies Teacher from January 2026.

Location: Wakefield West Yorkshire
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: Paid on the MPS or UPS scale dependent on experience

The school encourages enterprise and financial literacy. The Business department is forward-thinking and offers excellent resources and student engagement.

Prepare students for GCSEs BTECs and A-levels

Your Role:
Deliver high-quality Business lessons tailored to a range of abilities
Foster interest in topics such as marketing finance and economics
Support curriculum development and student assessments
Lead or assist with business clubs and enterprise events

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS with a Business or Economics specialism
Have experience teaching at GCSE and A-Level (preferred)
Be confident with exam specifications and coursework delivery
Have the legal right to work in the UK
