Job Summary
Role Overview
Wecheer is seeking a detail-oriented Arabic speaker Receipt Reprocessing Specialist to support our Loyalty Campaign Operations.
In this role you will review and correct receipt data inside the Wecheer BackOffice system to ensure users receive the correct rewards according to each campaigns rules.
You will need to understand campaign schemes update yourself on eligible SKUs and campaign changes and accurately reprocess receipts when system recognition mistakes occur.
Key Responsibilities:
Receipt Reprocessing Review and correct receipt data in the Wecheers BackOffice system (SKU name quantity value invoice number points calculation etc.).
Campaign Understanding and Continuous Update Learn and follow campaign schemes including eligible SKUs reward logic and point rules.
Data Accuracy Control Ensure all corrected receipts follow the campaign rules and result in accurate reward points.
Task Distribution Assign and monitor tasks for part-time team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Process Improvement Identify common issues and suggest simple ways to make reprocessing faster and more consistent.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot small data or number errors.
Logical thinking and the ability to apply rules consistently across different cases.
Patience and accuracy for repetitive tasks.
Good time management and ability to meet daily or weekly task targets.
Excel or Google Sheets skills (sorting filtering formulas).
Comfortable communicating and collaborating using AI tools and Google Translate.
Reliable internet connection
Preferred:
Experience in Data cleaning Data correction.
Understanding of SKU or product mapping concepts.
Previous work in operations loyalty or incentive campaigns.
