Job Summary

Were looking for a Business Analyst to support the development of software solutions for laboratory and reception operations. Youll work with both business and technical teams to analyze requirements model data and help deliver efficient scalable solutions.
Tasks
- Deliver the analysis throughout the entire lifecycle of the product
- Collect refine and document the business requirements in epics and split them in user stories while ensuring that they meet the requested business needs
- Assess and manage risks and dependencies with other tasks until completion
- Elaborate and agree upon the acceptance criteria with all involved stakeholders
- Establish and review the business testing scenarios and procedures and help the QA team during the testing process whenever needed
- Provide a client focused approach and constantly manage stakeholder relationships (Certain amount of traveling abroad might be required e.g. a few days every three months)
- Act as mediator between the development team and stakeholders with regards to clarifying the business needs and solutions throughout the entire implementation process
- Follow the Scrum Methodology throughout the entire development process
- Provide training and skill development support for new team members
- Deliver progress reports to the Team Lead and/or Product Owner whenever needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Business analysis
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- REST API Design
- Data modeling - understand relationships among the data in a database; understand and analyze how an organisation should collect update and store data
- SQL Server knowledge
- Product discovery - research expectations of a customer collect analyze and accurately document the initial requirements for the future product
- Proactive behavior good organizational and time management skills and result-oriented working style
- Good English communication skills both spoken and written
- Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps is a plus
- Experience with integration projects is a plus
Effort: full time
Project Duration: long term
Location: hybrid in Bucharest Romania (1 day per week at the clients office)
