Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated freelance Bilingual Operations Communicator to join our remote pet this role you will play a crucial part in coordinating with our suppliers and logistics partners.

Tasks
- Communication: Maintain daily communication with Chinese suppliers logistics partners and internal teams to align processes and swiftly resolve any bottlenecks.
- Documentation: Monitor and optimise data management
- Product Branding: Coordinate product branding and packaging specifications with our suppliers to ensure all products meet the desired quality standards.
- Product sourcing: Communicate about potential new products and the sourcing process.
- Data analysis: conduct data analysis for subjects such as the inventory database and purchase orders

Requirements
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills.
- Freelance registration
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Include the hidden word Black Friday to demonstrate your attention to detail
- Experience in supply chain project management or operations
- Available at least 20 hours a week during CEST mornings (your location doesnt matter)
