Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Telemetry team in Bradenton FL. This is a rotating role with 12-hour day and night shifts offering a guaranteed 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical knowledge a passion for patient care and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced telemetry unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data to detect changes in patients heart rhythms.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications treatments and procedures as prescribed.
Respond promptly to alarms and changes in patient condition.
Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Document all patient interactions observations and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record system.
Adhere to hospital policies procedures and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Florida.
Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (required).
Telemetry experience.
ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association) Required.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
