Role Summary
We are seeking a visionary Chief Delivery Officer to lead and scale our global delivery operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital transformation product engineering and emerging technologies including AI/ML Cloud and Enterprise Automation. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in Tier 1 OR 2 IT services firms capable of driving innovation operational excellence and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Leadership
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 1700 professionals across delivery engineering and innovation functions.
Define and execute technology strategy including OEM partnerships tech roadmaps and competency development.
Drive continuous improvement across PMO and delivery operations ensuring high CSAT and flawless execution.
Oversee L&D initiatives aligned with business goals optimize resource utilization and collaborate with HR on workforce planning.
Champion Centers of Excellence in areas such as Cloud AI RPA and Digital Assurance.
Foster a culture of innovation through prototyping technical program management and agile methodologies.
External Engagement
Build and nurture strategic relationships with global clients acting as executive sponsor across engagements.
Lead solutioning and front-end discussions for new proposals change requests and ongoing projects.
Collaborate with sales to support aggressive growth targets and market expansion.
Represent the organization in industry forums and thought leadership platforms especially in emerging tech domains.
Desired Candidate Profile
25 years of experience in scalable software delivery and product engineering.
Proven leadership in multi-site multicultural delivery environments.
Strong architecture and solutioning capabilities across Cloud AI/ML and enterprise platforms.
Experience in building and scaling delivery centers and technology practices.
Excellent stakeholder management across QA product support and project teams.
Willingness to travel extensively and engage with global clients.
