Job Requirement:
Exp. 5 plus years of experience in Supply chain function.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in any stream
To manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement import/export documentation vendor management logistics coordination and inventory control ensuring timely delivery cost efficiency and compliance with regulations.
Job Description:
Logistics & Import/Export:
Handle import/export documentation (shipping bills invoices LC BOE etc.) in compliance with customs and international trade regulations
Liaise with freight forwarders CHA (Custom House Agents) and transporters to ensure timely shipment and delivery
Optimize logistics routes and costs while ensuring safe and compliant transportation
Procurement & Purchase:
Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials components and services
Issue purchase orders track deliveries and ensure quality & cost compliance
Maintain vendor database and develop alternate sourcing strategies
Supply Chain Coordination:
Collaborate with production sales and finance teams to align supply chain operations with business goals
Track KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full) lead time freight cost and inventory turnover
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic cycle counts
Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient space utilization and timely dispatch
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in any stream with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
should have experience in supply chain logistics procurement and import/export operations
Strategic negotiation and vendor development ability
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
