| Job Description: | Key Responsibilities: 1) End-to-End Recruitment pipeline management: Independently manage full-cycle recruitment (intake sourcing screening scheduling offer negotiation and onboarding) for assigned business units or COEs 2) Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a seamless recruitment experience using a consultative and deliberative approach 3) Channel Management: Leverage at least two sourcing/supply channels such as passive sourcing employee referrals (ER) internal job postings (IJP) or agency partners to ensure talent pipeline adequacy and quality 4) Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain accurate recruitment data track key metrics (e.g. source effectiveness pipeline health) & use insights to guide hiring discussions & process improvements 5) Communication & Negotiation: Lead candidate communications with clarity & professionalism. Negotiate offers while aligning with compensation benchmarks & internal equity considerations 6) Cross-Team Collaboration: Operate with agility in high-volume setups and provide support across teams as needed to drive hiring outcomes and meet organizational goals Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills: 1) Strong sourcing fundamentals with the ability to drive skill-based discussions with both business stakeholders and candidates 2) Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter Workday or other ATS/CRM tools 3) Exposure to consulting strategy or corporate function hiring in a matrixed or global environment Qualifications: 1) 2/4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (intake to onboarding) preferably in a Big 4 product firm or boutique consulting environment 2) Proven ability to manage hiring independently across 1 2 business units or skill verticals 3) Strong experience in stakeholder management with a consultative & solution-focused approach to talent needs 4) Hands-on experience with at least two sourcing channels (e.g. passive sourcing ER agencies IJP) with the ability to optimize for delivery 5) Proficient in recruitment data management and using hiring metrics to inform decisions and improve processes. 6) Excellent communication negotiation and candidate engagement skills including senior-level interactions. 7) Agile and adaptable in high-volume fast-paced environments; open to cross-team support as needed.
