We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. This role will involve analyzing business requirements identifying process improvements and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis stakeholder management and insurance domain expertise along with a passion for driving organizational efficiency and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Job Description: Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst you will play a key role in understanding business needs gathering requirements and converting them into functional specifications. You will work with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment between business objectives and IT deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
Perform data analysis to identify trends gaps and opportunities for process optimization.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Act as a liaison between business users and IT development teams.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions and recommend improvements.
Apply your strong Insurance Domain knowledge to align technology solutions with industry standards and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

8 10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of Insurance Domain processes and terminology.
Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with tools and methodologies used in requirements gathering and business process modeling.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
