Job Summary

Job Title: Senior ITSM Workflow Developer

Location: Denver CO

JD:

Proficient in ITSM with strong platform and scripting knowledge.
Experience with managing 3 rd party integrations with ServiceNow.
Build and manage workflows customization and DE customization requests.
Knowledge to build and execute ATF test suites.
Strong knowledge on Service Operations Workspace (SOW) Service Portal and Widgets.
Manage BAU incidents and requests.
Manage enhancements through stories (create or update Catalog items updates to a module etc.).
Manage releases and deployment in after-business hours (US CST).
Manage and coordinate patching of the instance.
