Requirements:
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current BLS PALS and ACLS certifications required (TNCC preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; pediatric or emergency nursing experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent clinical judgment communication and critical thinking skills in high-stress situations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate emergency care for pediatric patients.
- Administer medications and assist in trauma and critical care procedures.
- Monitor and document patient status in the EHR.
- Educate families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe efficient care.
Required Skills:
Active RN license in Massachusetts Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred). Current BLS PALS and ACLS certifications required (TNCC preferred). Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; pediatric or emergency nursing experience strongly preferred.
