This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager at ValueAdd Research and Analytics Solutions LLP. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients building strong relationships and driving customer retention and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Provide training and support to clients to help them achieve their desired outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry is a plus
