The Penthouse is a vibrant and upscale dining destination known for great food lively atmosphere and exceptional service. Were looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is cooked and presented consistently and beautifully
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Assist with inventory prep work and daily kitchen operations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and passion for great food

Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
