Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manual Tester to support our engineering application validation efforts following monthly patch cycles. This role involves reviewing video recordings of internal testing sessions (with voiceover) extracting key workflows and converting them into structured test cases. Over time the role may expand to include loading these test cases into an automated testing system and supporting automation implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Watch and analyze video recordings of engineering application testing sessions.
Create clear structured manual test cases based on observed workflows and voiceover commentary.
Collaborate with engineers to clarify steps expected outcomes and edge cases.
Execute manual test cases during the 2-week post-patch validation window.
Log and track defects using standard tools (Azure DevOps).
Maintain and update test documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in loading test cases into automated testing platforms (future scope).
Support the QA team in transitioning manual tests to automated scripts.
