Job Summary

Need Specifics: Looking for LVN to work day shift 7a-7p starting ASAP. OT billable after 48hrs. IV Certified. Patient ratios: 4 nurses/days 3 nurses/NOC. Staffing split/assigned evenly per four halls per acuity. Current census: 105 total residents. Will consider new travelers with prior nursing experience (1 year minimum: ideally in Long-Tern-Care setting). No facility housing available. Facility can accommodate block schedule. Must be female candidate as there is female only halls at this facility.
