Job Summary:
The Radiation Therapist is responsible for delivering radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by a radiation oncologist. This role involves accurately positioning patients operating radiation therapy equipment monitoring patients during treatment and maintaining detailed records. The therapist may work with various treatment techniques and technologies ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately position patients for radiation therapy treatments.
- Operate radiation therapy equipment (Elekta preferred).
- Monitor patients during treatment and respond to any adverse reactions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records.
- Collaborate with the radiation oncology team to optimize treatment plans.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.
