Job Summary
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain user-facing features using React and TypeScript.
Build reusable component-based UI architecture.
Work on backend services and API integration.
Manage and query MongoDB/NoSQL databases.
Deploy and maintain applications using basic AWS services (Amplify Lambda S3).
Participate in code reviews testing and Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
23 years of experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience in full-stack development and component-based architecture.
Strong knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with AWS Amplify Lambda and S3.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of testing frameworks and automation tools.
Exposure to cloud-native application development.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in International BPO operations management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large diverse teams. Excellent communication interpersonal and client-facing skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in BPO services.
