Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Pre-School Head to join our educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our pre-school division ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to our young students and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills a deep understanding of child development and the ability to communicate effectively with parents teachers and staff.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the pre-school division setting strategic goals and objectives to drive academic excellence and student growth
Develop and implement curriculum frameworks that align with national and international standards
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes social-emotional learning and character development
Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver engaging and effective teaching practices
Communicate regularly with parents through various channels including regular updates parent-teacher conferences and open houses
Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the pre-school division
Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and implement innovative approaches to enhance student learning
Develop and maintain relationships with local communities schools and organizations to promote partnerships and collaborations

Requirements

Minimum 3years of experience in a leadership role in a pre-school or early childhood education setting
Strong understanding of child development theories and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with parents teachers and staff
Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve academic excellence and student growth
Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with the schools vision and mission
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred
Informed and up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education with a commitment to ongoing professional development
