Job Summary

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Cloud / Cybersecurity / Hardware / Server / Storage / Infrastructure

Location: Mumbai Maharashtra
Experience: 4 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and technically savvy Business Development Manager to lead sales and client acquisition initiatives across Cloud Cybersecurity Hardware Server Storage and IT Infrastructure domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solution selling partner management and driving business growth in the technology and infrastructure services space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify qualify and develop new business opportunities in the Cloud Cybersecurity IT Infrastructure and Hardware segments.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs IT Heads Procurement and Decision Makers across industries.

  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales technical and delivery teams to design customized solutions that align with client needs.

  • Develop and present sales proposals conduct demos or presentations and negotiate commercial terms.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure and account management.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies market trends vendor updates and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Build alliances and partnerships with OEMs distributors and system integrators to expand reach and strengthen offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering IT Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development within Cloud Cybersecurity or IT Infrastructure domain.

  • Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS Azure GCP) Network Security Servers Storage and Data Center Solutions.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions for clients.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot Zoho) and MS Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience with leading OEMs or system integrators (e.g. Dell HPE Cisco Palo Alto Fortinet Microsoft etc.).

  • Existing client base in Enterprise / Mid-Market / BFSI / Manufacturing / IT Services sectors.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated target-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
