Job Summary
- Design and optimise AI architectures for complex enterprise-scale systems ensuring seamless integration with existing solutions.
- Define technical standards and select suitable AI tools frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AI AWS Google Cloud).
- Lead AI product strategy and roadmaps translating business needs into scalable user-focused solutions.
- Manage full AI product lifecyclesfrom ideation to deploymentwhile coordinating with stakeholders and prioritising deliverables.
- Research and pilot emerging AI technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated AI solutions and promote best practices ethics and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and execute enterprise AI strategies identifying opportunities for adoption efficiency gains and digital transformation.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 6 or higher tertiary qualification in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
- Cloud Certification (Azure AWS or Google Cloud preferred)
- AI/ML-related certifications (e.g. TensorFlow Developer AWS Certified Machine
- Learning etc.)
- Minimum years 6 experience in a similar role as an AI Architect AI Product Manager or related AI leadership position.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale AI solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing AI product lifecycles.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Strong understanding of machine learning deep learning NLP and data science concepts.
- Proficiency in AI frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn) and data processing tools.
- Expertise in cloud-based AI services and architectures.
- Familiarity with MLOps data governance and model lifecycle management.
- Strong system design integration and API management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Strong understanding of machine learning deep learning NLP and data science concepts.
- Proficiency in AI frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn) and data processing tools.
