Job Summary

Overview

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking experienced Systems Administrators to support the Office of Technology Services (OTS). This role focuses on managing and maintaining enterprise-level systems software licensing photogrammetric applications and CADD/engineering platforms to ensure high system availability standardization and operational efficiency. The position is primarily Onsite but will accept Remote candidates too. Preference will be given to the Onsite Candidate.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level and desk-side support for Photogrammetric Applications such as ImageStation Orthopro Stereo Display and Digital Mensuration.
Manage and support CADD/Engineering Design Software including ArcGIS MicroStation InRoads OpenRoads and Bluebeam.
Support Project Management Software (Bentley ProjectWise) and Raster Products (Bentley Descartes).
Administer and maintain Plotter Software (ProjectWise Interplot) and integrate plot drivers and devices.
Manage software license pools for CADD and engineering tools (AutoCAD Bentley Bluebeam Global Mapper etc.).
Provide second-level Microsoft OS and desktop support including workstations laptops and peripherals from HP Lenovo and Dell.
Oversee workstation deployments and contribute to server and infrastructure planning.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

3 year experience supporting Bentley ProjectWise administration.
3 year in Photogrammetric software installation and CADD management.
Experience supporting large-format plotters/scanners and license management.
Basic understanding of project planning and Microsoft Windows OS.

Preferred Certifications

Bentley MicroStation ProjectWise or OpenRoads certifications.
Microsoft or CompTIA A/Network credentials.
