The Role

  • Own a portfolio of world-class startups: Youll inherit active client accounts and work hand-in-hand with founders and hiring teams the kind of access that normally takes years to earn.

  • Deliver world-class results: Source engage and close top-tier talent across your portfolio turning founders into long-term partners and advocates.

  • Build your brand: Become the go-to recruiter in your domain then scale your own special ops team beneath you to multiply impact and build a high-performing practice.


Who You Are

  • Proven $1M producer or founding recruiter with a history of success in fast-paced venture-backed environments.

  • Deep experience hiring for Engineering or GTM teams at top startups.

  • A founder-mentality operator you thrive on accountability ownership and winning. Youre here to build a generational career not just another job.

Required Skills:

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting with a focus on backend full-stack and product engineering roles. Partner with founders and engineering leaders to grow the team from 3 to 20 engineers this year. Source assess and close top technical talent with urgency and precision. Build processes pipelines and recruiting infrastructure from scratch suited for a high-intensity early-stage team. Help define what high-bar talent looks like and maintain that standard as the team scales.
