As a Healthcare & Support Worker youll be instrumental in assisting clients with daily living activities adapting to each individuals unique needs. This role offers full-time part-time and bank shifts making it suitable for those looking for flexible working patterns. The role includes day night and sleep-in shifts providing care in varied environments around Gloucestershire.

Heres What Youll Be Doing:

• Supporting clients in daily living activities promoting independence and well-being
• Providing person-centred care across supported living autism mental health clinical care rehabilitation units and settings with behaviours that challenge
• Building positive relationships with clients to foster trust and respect
• Assisting in maintaining a safe and supportive environment at all times
• Adhering to care plans and ensuring all care and support meet health and safety standards
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed

• Previous experience in a healthcare or support worker role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to care
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including early late long days and sleep-ins
