- Adhering to care plans and ensuring all care and support meet health and safety standards
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed
Here Are the Skills Youll Need:- Previous experience in a healthcare or support worker role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to care
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts including early late long days and sleep-ins
- Ability to work well in both team settings and independently
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of care and support
