Your Role
As A Restaurant Pantry Prep Cook you will perform daily operations and food preparation. You will be responsible for maintaining culinary equipment. You will work on-site and report to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
What Youll Do
- Prepare popovers and strawberry butter.
- Bake all pastries and specialty bread needed for service.
- Prep soups and garnish for FOH.
- Assist hot & cold line with prep items examples: braise mirepoix sauce kits salsas Neiman Marcus salads etc.
- Prepare or assist hot and cold line with catering and BE event menu items.
- Help maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and complete all daily side work.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and the ability to multi task are necessary for this position.
- Confidence to ask questions and have work double checked call out or correct mistakes or inconsistencies to team members and management.
