Job Summary:
Don Thornton Cadillac a premier luxury car dealership in Tulsa Oklahoma is seeking a highly motivated individual for an Open Application position. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and options to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Complete all necessary paperwork and follow-up with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory buying experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge features and competitive offerings
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers at all times
- Follow dealership policies and procedures and comply with all legal and ethical requirements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales customer service or automotive industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
