Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules meetings and appointments.
  • Draft review and prepare correspondence reports and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Handle communications (calls emails memos)
  • Assists Admin Officer in coordinating travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Ensure documentation and record tracking.
  • Provide admin support for projects.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in office administration/business Admin or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years secretarial/admin experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential info.
