Your Tasks
We are looking for a temporary POS Excellence Manager as a maternity leave cover for the period of 6 months (mid November - beginning of June)
By driving visibility at the Point of Sales (POS) you maximize sales opportunities with the intend to (over)deliver topline net sales and value market share for Cosmetics in a sustainable way in the short and long run. You are responsible for the development of all POS materials & strategy from the idea until the execution in store. You ensure excellence in executing in line with our EU and our local strategy and priorities of Shopper & Customer Marketing (S&CM).
- Develop and implement POS materials to boost sales performance for innovations and promotions.
- Lead shopper activation planning and execution across retail environments and marketing media.
- Ensure consistent execution of the tactical POS plan and manage key promotional events.
- Collaborate with account and brand managers for accurate budget planning and forecasting.
- Conduct regular store checks and report findings to Sales/Marketing.
- Manage agency relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency in POS work.
- Actively participate in category teams to meet business targets and manage internal P&L.
- Evaluate project outcomes against objectives and share insights with stakeholders.
- Oversee S&CM budget forecasting and follow-up ensuring cost efficiencies with suppliers.
Your Profile
- Available from mid-November until beginning of June.
- HBO / University
- Fluent in Dutch as well asEnglish
- Around 2 years of experience in FMCG roles (SCM). Preferably in the local market Netherlands
- General S&CM expertise (catman)/ Marketing preferred
- Advanced in M365 Nielsen GFK Power BI
- Strong analytical skills result & solution oriented
- High change result and people agility
- Initiative and curiosity to spot and pursue opportunities before competition
- Customer oriented and able to build credible relationships as well as being a strong negotiator
- Team player and proactive mindset
