Job Summary

P1c3TSTSPrimary skills Kotlin AndroidSecondary skills REST web services SOA Responsibilities:Adding new payments features to our existing products(such as dynamic currency conversion offline payment support Android Pay Apple Pay mobile wallets etc.)Designing and implementing Android applications and services that provide best in class payment flow experience for issues that may span across a wide range of device ownership of specific payment componentsWorking with international certification teams and test organizationsWork with product management to clarify and/or create bugs related to payment applications and related infrastructurePerforming production support services as part of a regular on call rotationRequirements:Strong application coding skills in Android using development optimal performance adaptation to various screen in Android - understanding of the platform experience with Android ROM is a plusBe up to date with the latest Android application development with 3rd party libraries for with databases and schema with self-managing multiple high priority projects and working with complex distributed systemsAbility to work under pressure to conform to external standards and meet strict deadlinesStrong communication skills teamwork and attention to detailStrong debugging problem-solving and critical reasoning skillsBachelors degree or above in computer science or other engineering discipline or equivalent work experienceNice to have:Experience with server technologies REST web services SOA Familiarity with databases and schema design (we use primarily MySQL)RXJava functional programming MVVM/Clean architecture design Native and/or other previous mobile development driven development methodology. UI Automator/ Cortex development RTOS C language experience in payments industry specifically working with EMVco or exposure to PCI/PTS standards would be very helpful but is not required
