Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

Sourcing & Procurement

• Identify evaluate and select suppliers based on quality cost and delivery capabilities
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and service levels
• Support on timely delivery of materials and services to meet operational requirements.

Cost Management

• Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to identify cost saving and opportunities
• Analyze procurement data to optimize spending and reduce waste
• Maintain purchasing activities within budgetary constraints
• Track and report on budget performance and variances
• Identify and implement cost reduction strategies through process improvements product redesigns and supplier collaboration
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to drive technical efficiencies

Supplier Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Support on supply chain issues and ensure continuity of supply
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance and innovation

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor degree completed in Business Administration Engineering Economics or related fields
• Advanced or fluent English
• Proven experience in Purchasing area preferably in direct purchasing
• Good understanding and knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
