Job Summary
Description of the role:
Champion ChevroletGMCinLaGrange KY is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to consistently exceed volume and gross profit goals. Serve as a strong closer assisting sales consultants in finalizing deals and maximizing profitability. Recruit train and develop new salespeople to ensure product knowledge process adherence and customer satisfaction. Drive a positive high-energy sales culture focused on teamwork accountability and results. Monitor and manage sales performance metrics inventory turns and lead follow-up effectiveness. Partner with the General Manager and F&I team to ensure seamless deal flow and maximize front-end and back-end gross. Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to build confidence and improve closing skills. Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs dealership policies and customer experience standards. Implement effective marketing and showroom strategies to drive traffic and improve conversion rates. Inspire the sales staff by leading from the frontmaintaining a visible engaged presence on the showroom floor.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $85000.00 to $200000.00 per year paid weekly along with health and retirement benefits.
