Job Summary

A prestigious Albany law firm is seeking to add a full-time Billing Specialist to their firm.

The ideal Candidate will provide billing to their clients and internal customers with a high-level focus on customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

Generate and edit client pre-bills
Ensure accurate and timely processing and generation of client invoices
Address attorney and client billing requests in a timely manner
Review and follow-up on Work in Process aging to ensure accurate and complete billing
Maintain the Client Management System
Review of Unapplied and Retainer accounts and timely application of the same to client accounts
Special projects as required
Performs other duties as assigned.
