Job Summary:ECM Holding Group Inc is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Business Development in Oshkosh WI to lead our strategic growth initiatives. The VP of Business Development will be responsible for identifying evaluating and securing new business opportunities fostering key partnerships and expanding our market presence. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth building strong client relationships and developing innovative business strategies
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets and expand market share.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and industry stakeholders to drive collaborative initiatives.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team providing guidance training and support to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development sales or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director or VP level).
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Highly collaborative and able to build consensus across teams.
- Innovative and forward-thinking always seeking new ways to create value.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
