Job Summary
House Manager - Team Lead Creative Foundations (Direct Support Services)
Location: Norwalk OH
Full-Time Pay: Starting at $20/hr
Are you ready to make a meaningful difference while leading with compassion Creative Foundations is currently hiring a Team Lead to support our mission of empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives.
As a Team Lead youll serve as both a mentor and a hands-on support professional. Youll work closely with the individuals we serve providing daily assistance while also guiding and coaching a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a respectful person-centered manner
Lead and support a team of DSPs including training scheduling and performance feedback
Communicate regularly with Service Coordinators families and administrative staff
Ensure documentation is accurate and timely according to agency and regulatory standards
Promote inclusion independence and safety in all activities and environments
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
What Were Looking For:
Experience in the field of developmental disabilities (DSP experience preferred)
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Must be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
Must pass background checks and meet training requirements.
- Must have open availability including evenings and weekends.
