Roles and Responsibilities
- Support implementation of ONE HSE Culture and Safety Essentials
- Maintain awareness of SHE(Q) risks and support mitigation efforts
- Communicate safety requirements to subcontractors
- Review subcontractor safety questionnaires and verify capability
- Track and report progress against role/responsibility profiles
- Manage data entry and extraction in incident management system
- Prepare and update Project Safety Plans and registers
- Provide SHE(Q) admin support to project teams
- Maintain site presence and build stakeholder relationships
- Support safety planning and controls during project delivery
- Participate in inductions and onboarding
- Manage PPE orders inventory and distribution
- Ensure compliance with legal and company SHE(Q) requirements
- Support performance reviews and development processes
