Job Summary
We are looking for a Full-Time Lead Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of multiple premises.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly in a fast paced and detailed environment.
We are seeking an independent hardworking employee that is organized detailed and understands the importance of communication and working together as a team.

*This Job Requires Frequent Travel - Mileage and Per Diem Paid*
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Survey building conditions and mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance staff for advice assistance or problem solving
- Find solutions to emergent issues
- Inspect work of staff
- Coordinate maintenance team assistance as required for properties with deferred maintenance or needed assistance
- attend lease-up/rehab punch lists and inspections at request of development team and assist with transitioning the property from construction to the maintenance staff oversight
Skills
- Possesses proven experience as maintenance technician
- Effective communication skills at a leadership level
- Basic understanding of electrical hydraulic and other systems
- Posses knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working Knowledge of tools common appliances and devices
- Maintain manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Possesses effective computer literacy skills including software in Microsoft
- Possesses the ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Job Type:
Full-Time Monday - Friday Nights/Weekends on Emergency
Salary:
$50000 to $70000 per year Depends On Experience
